Position Summary: Working within the Development Office, this position will provide support for all database and portfolio management work. This position is responsible for database management and ensuring the accuracy of all data, which includes gift processing, account maintenance and routine reporting. The coordinator will work within Neon One CRM, GiveSmart and other required software to import records, create email and direct mail lists, and provide prospect research in the form of detailed donor briefing documents. In addition, the coordinator will assist with moves management and portfolio management, ensuring prospect research, portfolio assignments, meetings, and donor stewardship activities are recorded in the database. This position will also ensure all donors are consistently and properly stewarded for donations.

Education/Experience:

Hold a BA or BS degree from an accredited postsecondary institution or comparable experience; preference for degree or experience in a related field, and a minimum of two years of experience in a related field.
